Got charged 62000 for a 52000 retail car.

Got charged 62000 for a 52000 retail car. Add said upside down on trade would be taken care of. The internet price was a lot lower but charged this. Make sure you check sticker price. No car is sold at sticker and sale prices apparently don't apply. So much more I won't put on here.

Paul is a great guy.

Paul is a great guy. He did his best to help me out during the purchase. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about Bob Horn. Since the beginning of the negotiations. After agreed with the price, he made Paul call me and ask to increase my down payment in almost $2000. We end up agreed to increase $1000 and raise the monthly lease in $10. I traveled 2h to Daytona to get the car, when I get there they ask me to increase the lease AGAIN! I said NO! They agreed. Once Bob print the lease he had already INCREASED the lease without my consent. Fortunately, I realized that before sign it. Absolutely uncomfortable situation. Very upsetting. The guy literally tried to trick me. Second problem: the car was supposed to be NEW, when I got inside it had already almost 200 miles. Something that SHOULD be informed in advance. Finally Bob Horn agreed to give me the all weather mats ($150 value), once Paul went to get it, he told him he didn’t agree with that. He lied on my face. In other words, absolutely not reliable person that doesn’t care about customer loyalty, and do everything for peanuts. Unfortunately people do everything for money and don’t care about respect and honesty. I would definitely buy a car from Paul, but not on that store. In 24 months I will be returning this car and guess what? I won’t buy again from them. Mitsubishi needs to work hard and learn from the other companies. That is why I’m 20years loyal to BMW. That never happened to me.

I don’t recommend this dealership to anybody. They only want your money and no credibility at all. All they know is to trick people. And that’s pathetic. Your lifestyles will stay that way you scammers. Do you believe in “good karma”?. When you do good to people , good things will come to you unexpectedly!. What you guys did to me will happen to you! It’s so sad! Because I even do this business in good faith. To think about it , I fed them thinking that they did what they promised me. I paid in cash the vehicle thinking they did what they have to do. I know in my heart that they intentionally did something on my cars tire bearings. They promised to detail the carpet and other stuff that needs to be done. I will pray for you. You know who you are. Or you know who you guys are. I will watch …….

I told them what I wanted and I got exactly that. They went over and beyond. I got to meet car daddy which i was extremely happy to see more than I was about a Flo-Rida concert lol. Stephen was absolutely amazing, out of this world. Every staff member that came to speak to me was friendly and sweet. I loved it there and the atmosphere. I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. The best car dealership experience I’ve ever had.

A previous salesmanager gave me a deal that doesn’t

A previous salesmanager gave me a deal that doesn’t exist(trade up program) and no one was able to fix it for me. I am paying almost $1000 a month and if I would have known that I was being lied to I would have never agreed to it! I was ok with struggling through the $985 payments for the 6 months I was promised, but I can’t continue to do so. This happened to four other people and Daytona Mitsubishi isn’t doing anything to help them. I would have never signed a contract if I knew I had to come back with $20,000 to put down. That’s what the previous manager left out! He said I can come back with no money down. If I had $20,000 to put down then why would I need to do the trade up program?!!

I have been apart of our community since 1971. Raised in Ormond Beach I graduated from Osceola Elementary, Ormond Junior High and Seabreeze High School. With a passion for all things mechanical I went on to college at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University right here in Daytona Beach. I graduated in 1986 with associate degree in aviation maintenance and a bachelors degree in aviation management. To earn money to pay for college I sold books door to door during the summer and Kirby vacuums part time while attending school. The sales jobs lead me to the car business which I really enjoyed and it afforded me the ability to stay in the area, earn a living, and raise a family here. My wife Denise and I have two Sons Austin and Benjamin. We are active members of Tomoka Christian Church. The entire Nisbett family also has a passion for animals and has worked with Labrador Rescue for years as a foster family for abandon and abused Labradors. We currently have three labs of our own.

My wife was intimidated by the sales person Rolando Mayos. I drove to the dealership to discuss the situation. I was given the finance manager David Lynch. When I reported to Mr Lynch that my wife was intimidated he defended him by saying he was doing his job. Really?? The sales person job is to make potential customers feel intimidated. Unacceptable!

i usually have no problems but this time around first off they didnt reset my service notice on the dash command and im pretty sure they cut my under glow lighting kit, dont know if it was accidental but seeing nothing was said i dont think so, it was very noticable dragging on the floor.
